Fees and Costs – No Recovery, No Fee

Our approach to working for you is that we only get paid if we succeed in winning your claim for you. There are no up-front costs or fees to you. This is known as a contingency fee, because our getting paid is contingent on your getting paid. If we win your case for you, we are paid a percentage of your award, but not until you actually collect.

This seems to us the only fair way to serve in our capacity as attorneys and advocates, because this means that aggressive legal representation is not based on a client’s ability to pay –and we only get paid if we win for you.
