Why Choose the James Esparza Law Firm?

Our personal injury firm is dedicated to representing those injured in accidents caused by others.

We understand that your life, or the life of a loved one, has been changed due to the actions of another person or company.

Our goal is to get you the full compensation to which you are entitled.

We are not a high volume law firm. In fact, we’ve made a strategic decision to accept fewer cases than in previous years. This strategy allows the Firm’s principal attorney, James Esparza, to directly handle all client matters.

Clients are not delegated to junior associates. Firm clients who call speak directly with Mr. Esparza; if he’s not available, he generally returns client calls later that same day.

If you’ve been injured, call us – we can help. As an experienced personal injury law firm, we’ve helped clients for more than 25 years.

The initial consultation is free. If we agree to handle your case, we’ll work on a contingency fee basis. As a result, you will not owe us anything until we obtain a settlement or award for you.

  • Do I Have A Good Case?

  • The submission of information does not establish an attorney-client relationship. I will call you concerning your matter.
